Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities – The Operations Security Manager will be responsible for:- Overseeing the security of our organization, the Security Operation Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining a secure environment.
Responsibilities will include Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of security personnel. Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Oversee security systems, access controls, and customer relationship management system Develop and execute incident response plans.
- Collaborate with security service providers. Organize security awareness programs for employees.
- Ensure adherence to security regulations. Manage the security budget effectively.
- Provide regular security reports to senior management. Site visits to check guard's SIA license.
- Interviewing security candidates, hiring new security guards according to BS standards BS7858 screening vetting process.
