Security Operations Manager (10/2023)

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities – The Operations Security Manager will be responsible for:- Overseeing the security of our organization, the Security Operation Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibilities will include Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies.

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of security personnel. Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee security systems, access controls, and customer relationship management system Develop and execute incident response plans.
  • Collaborate with security service providers. Organize security awareness programs for employees.
  • Ensure adherence to security regulations. Manage the security budget effectively.
  • Provide regular security reports to senior management. Site visits to check guard's SIA license.
  • Interviewing security candidates, hiring new security guards according to BS standards BS7858 screening vetting process.

Regulatory Compliance & Administrative Skills:

  • Ensuring Adherence to Security Regulations & Industry Best Practices

Experience

  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Security Operations Management
  • Strong Knowledge of Security Operations & Industry Regulations
