Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day security operations across all company contracts and sites.
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Lead, supervise, train, and support Security Supervisors and Security Officers to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor security systems, access control systems, CCTV.
- Develop and implement incident response and emergency procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, British Standards (including BS 7858), and relevant UK legislation.
- Organise security schedules, staff deployment, and operational planning to meet client requirements.
- Manage security budgets and monitor operational costs effectively.
- Prepare regular operational reports, incident reports, and performance reports for senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and external security service providers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance audits.
- Interview, recruit, and onboard new security personnel.
- Verify SIA licences, Right to Work documents, and ensure employee screening is completed in accordance with BS 7858.
- Investigate incidents, complaints, and disciplinary matters where required.

Qualification
- Valid SIA License
- BS7858 Screening & Vetting Certification
- First Aid at Work (FAW) Certification
- Right to work in the UK.
- Close Protection Training
- Conflict Management & Physical Intervention Training
Experience
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Security Operations Management
- Strong Knowledge of Security Operations & Industry Regulations
- Experience managing multiple security sites and teams
- Experience dealing with clients and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Proven ability to improve operational performance and maintain compliance across security operations.
